About Poster Art Collections

Documenting the diverse national, political, wartime, and cultural sentiments of the twentieth century, the Hoover Poster Collection has more than 100,000 posters from around the world and continues to grow. Posters from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia and the Soviet Union, and France predominate, though more than 80 countries are represented. On this page you will find a selection of posters that feature distinctive graphic design and illustration.
