The collections cover the political activities and experiences of Hispanic Americans such as papers from Julio R. Casteñeda to Manuel Rafael Giberga Angulo.
Giberga Angulo (Manuel Rafael) papers - Correspondence, speeches, reports, notes, financial and legal records, and printed matter relating to political conditions in Cuba, Cuban political prisoners and emigrants, political and other activities of Hispanic Americans, Republican Party activities (especially during the administration of Richard M. Nixon), and the National Republican Heritage Groups Council.
Holman (Benjamin F.) papers - Correspondence, memoranda, racial incident case reports, other reports, pamphlets, press releases, and clippings, relating to desegregation of schools and other facilities in the U.S.; racial or ethnic friction involving black, Hispanic, American Indian and other minority communities; and efforts of the Community Relations Service to resolve such situations.
Overview of the Julio R. Castañeda writings - Diary, relating to American military operations in Italy and the Mediterranean Theater, 1944-1945; an account of travels in Spain, 1956-1959; and fragments of plays and poetry. Includes military service record and photograph.

The Firing Line broadcast records include videotapes from the Firing Line television show, as well as sound recordings, administrative and speaker files, program research files, photographs, transcripts, and other materials from the show.
